Park heeft bewoners in allerlei leeftijden en nationaliteiten, zeer veilig, brede stoelen bijvoorbeeld voor kids, veelal vaste bewoners, meestal lange termijn huur van RST, Defensie personeel, Amerikaanse Consulaat, Nederlandse Rechters, etc zijn bewoners maar ook upperclass vaste bewoners van het eiland.
De villa heeft: Zwembad, parkeerterrein, airco in elke kamer , WiFi kasten in elke kamer, warm water, ommuurde (volwassen) tuin.
2 woonkamers, zeer hoge plafonds. Inclusief tuin onderhoud, zwembad onderhoud, WiFi abonnement, parc fee= security 24/7, privé toegang tot de Jan Thiel zoutpannen voor sportmogelijkheden.
Huur is Exclusief water/stroom. Te huur vanaf 1 mei voor 6 maanden.

Country-style villa in the exclusive ZUURZAK park (Jan Thiel, all amenities within 5 minutes).
The park has residents of all ages and nationalities, very safe, with wide chairs for children, mostly permanent residents, mostly long-term rentals from RST (Reformed Staff), Defense personnel, the American Consulate, Dutch judges, etc., as well as upper-class permanent residents of the island.
The villa features: a swimming pool, parking, air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi in every room, hot water, and a walled (mature) garden.
Two living rooms, very high ceilings. Includes garden maintenance, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi subscription, park fee = 24/7 security, and private access to the Jan Thiel salt pans for sports.
Rent excludes water and electricity. Available for rent from May 1st for 6 months.
