This is the privacy statement of Karinhuis Verkoopexpert Academie B.V. also trading as Globelander (hereinafter 'Globelander'). In this statement, Globelander provides information on the processing of personal data in connection with the services, websites and platform of Globelander. Personal data are processed primarily for the purpose of using Globelander's platform.

Globelander handles your data with care and ensures that any processing complies with applicable laws and regulations. When does this privacy notice apply?

This privacy statement applies to all personal data collected and processed by Globelander from data subjects in connection with the services, products and visits to our platform.

If you are under 16, you may only provide personal data to Globelander if one of your parents or a legal representative who has read this privacy statement gives us permission on your behalf. We therefore request that you do not provide any data to us if you have not already obtained consent.

Who is responsible for your data?

Karinhuis Verkoopexpert Academie B.V. (Globelander), based in (9682 XL) Oostwold at Goldhoorn 29 and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 85325473 is the controller of the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

What data do we process and for what purpose?

Globelander only processes personal data that you provide to Globelander yourself. You provide the personal data when creating an account, contacting Globelander's customer service and when using our platform. Personal data are also processed to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and as part of marketing and communication activities.

You are never obliged to provide personal data to Globelander. However, if certain personal data is not provided to us, you may not be able to take full advantage of our services. Below you can read which personal data Globelander processes about you.

Create account
It is possible to create an account at Globelander. When creating an account, Globelander processes the following personal data:

- (Optional) Company name;
- First and last name;
- Phone number;
- (Optional) Chamber of Commerce number;
- Login details (username + password);
- E-mail address;

The above information is needed by Globelander to administer the account as part of Globelander's services.

Surf and click behaviour on the website
User statistics are analysed within the Globelander website and/or system. The purpose of this is to optimise the design as well as security for visitors and/or users. On the basis of this data, Globelander can tailor the services as far as possible to the needs of visitors and/or users. This personal data is processed anonymously as far as possible. Among other things, we collect the following data:

- IP address;
- Surfing and click behaviour;
- Cookies;
- General visit data, such as most visited pages.

Contact form
It is possible to contact Globelander's customer service. In that case, you can contact Globelander by filling in the contact form. In this case, we collect, among other things, the following data

- Contact details:
o Name;
o E-mail address;
o Phone number;
o Message content.

The data in the contact form are used for identification and to contact the form's filler.

Newsletter
If you have given your consent, Globelander processes your name and e-mail address to send you a newsletter. This newsletter will be sent to you for as long as you appreciate it. In each e-mail, you can indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

On what basis does Globelander process your personal data?

Globelander processes the personal data referred to above exclusively on the grounds set out below in Article 6 of the AVG:
- legal obligation;
- performance of an agreement;
- consent obtained from data subject(s);
- legitimate interest

How long we keep your data

Globelander does not retain personal data processed for longer than is necessary for the aforementioned purposes of data processing or as required under laws and regulations. Globelander does not retain personal data for longer than one year (365 days).

How do we secure your data?

Globelander attaches great importance to the security and protection of your personal data and, taking into account the state of the art, will ensure appropriate technical and organisational measures, including - but not limited to - two-step verification, to ensure a risk-appropriate level of security. In the event Globelander uses services of third parties, such as an IT supplier, Globelander will agree on adequate security measures in a processor's agreement as part of the protection of personal data.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Globelander shares your personal data with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide services in accordance with the aforementioned purposes. This might include the performance or commissioning of certain technical work, payment for certain services and sending e-mails on behalf of and at the behest of Globelander, such as an IT supplier

In addition, Globelander may disclose personal data to a third party, such as a regulator or other body vested with public authority, to the extent there is a legal obligation to do so.

A processing agreement will be concluded with the third party processing your personal data on behalf of and at the behest of Globelander, under which that third party is also bound to comply with the AVG. Globelander will not transfer your personal data to third parties outside the European Economic Area, except where that third party provides appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data. Among others, Globelander transfers - but not exclusively - personal data to: Google and payment providers. Globelander will never sell or lease your personal data to third parties without consent. Globelander also does not use profiling or automatic decision-making.

On our websites, we use cookies (functional, analytical and tracking) that are stored by your browser on your device, e.g. your computer, tablet or phone. These cookies store information (such as your PC settings and preferences indicated by you) to facilitate your next visit to our website. The information obtained for this purpose is processed solely anonymously. The data processed may be transferred to Google. This data is stored by Google on servers that may be located in the United States.
