The house is a classic grandmaster's house, spacious in design. The B&B (license Casa de Campo for 4 rooms) is separate from the main house, good occupancy and a 9.8 rating for Casa Águas Mansas in Booking.com. Inventory for the B&B is included!
There is also a license for 4 camper spots at the parking. There is electicity and preparations are made for a bathroom by the swimming pool.
The house is also perfect for e.g. a family home where your family can stay over in there own rooms with all facilities!

Our concelho Cantanhede is 8 km away and has all the required facilities like hospital, banks, supermarkets, schools etc.
At only 1 km there is a Praia Fluvial, natural swimming lake with restaurant/bar.
The beaches of Tocha and Mira take a 15 min ride and it is roughly 30 minutes from Coimbra, Aveiro and Fig. da Foz.
You must see the house to fell in love with it like we dit 7 years ago, but for us it is time to move on now.
